Nu har vi bestämt hur menyn för bröllopsfesten ska se ut! 🙂 Vi har mejlat fram och tillbaka med slottet och har nu kommit fram till en kombination av rätter som vi tycker låter bra. Som det ser ut nu kommer menyn att bestå av följande rätter:
Förrätt:
Krämig hummersoppa med hummerkött och oststänger.
Varmrätt:
Hjort med blåbärssås och pepparrotskräm. Serveras med en potatiskaka samt rotfrukter.
Dessert:
Närproducerade ostar, mörkt bröd, salta kex och en läcker Moscato d’Asti gelé.
Tårta:
Denna får bli en överraskning 🙂 Ni kan ju inte få veta allt i förväg!
Vi är mycket glada över att personalen på slottet har lyssnat på oss och gjort om hela menyn för vår skull. Vi fick välja mellan ungefär fyra förrätter, varmrätter, desserter och tårtor men vi ville inte ha något av det som föreslogs så de fick komponera om hela menyn. 🙂

Today, I went to the beach with my children.
