Förrätt:
Krämig hummersoppa med hummerkött och oststänger.
Varmrätt:
Hjort med blåbärssås och pepparrotskräm. Serveras med en potatiskaka samt rotfrukter.
Dessert:
Närproducerade ostar, mörkt bröd, salta kex och en läcker Moscato d’Asti gelé.
Tårta:
Överraskning! Ni måste ju få vara lite nyfikna 🙂

Om du har någon typ av intolerans, matallergi eller önskar vegetarisk kost meddelar du oss detta i OSA/anmälan till bröllopet. Vår önskan är att du får en underbar kväll med god mat.
Barnmeny
Om du har små barn som kommer att närvara ber vi dig att skriva detta i anmälningsformuläret samt ange deras ålder. Vi vill att även våra minsta gäster ska trivas och ordnar barnmenyer för de yngre barnen.
